Tracey Nelson, Director of Paralegal Services and registered Legal Document Assistant, has owned and operated ESC Legal Documents since 2003. Prior to 2003, she offered legal services to the general public as an Independent Paralegal with her former company, ‘Tracey’s Typing Source.’

Tracey graduated from MTI College with an American Bar Association approved Legal Assisting Degree in 2003, graduating with honors, meriting a 4.0 GPA Ms. Nelson worked in Family, Civil and Probate Law since 1997 as an assistant to a specialized attorney in south Sacramento County, before going independent.

In 2001, legislature handed down AB 1761, which regulated the profession of Independent/Freelance Paralegals. Ms. Nelson thereafter registered with the County of Sacramento, State of California as a Legal Document Assistant and has since devoted herself to helping those who want to represent themselves in their legal matters.
