ESC will prepare any/all necessary documents for any Superior Court located in the State of California, and limited Federal Court Actions. Each county has their own local rules and forms, therefore, ESC is not responsible for any court's discretion regarding their formalities with statewide legal documents. We pledge to complete the process if for any reason it is returned for a county's rule acting in conflict with statewide forms.
